Online Participation Form Now Available for 2011 Vendors, Sponsors

The 2011 Online Participation Form is the means by which organizations, businesses – and in some cases individuals – officially register for the 2011 Spencer PRIDE Festival.  As we committed to doing by the end of September, Spencer PRIDE Inc. proudly announces that the form is available for use after having undergone a healthy re-vamp due to changes in pricing and associated options for 2011.New this year is the ‘2011 Participant Sign-up Information Packet’, which details the various prices and options for sponsors, vendors, and interested advertisers.  This single-source for participant information should prove a valuable resource for those wanting to take part in the 2011 SPF.

Another new addition for 2011 is the option of paying registration fees or sponsorship donations securely on the

SpencerPRIDE.com website through PayPal.  This is part of our continued effort to be as green as possible, and hopefully this link will encourage some organizations to avoid mailing in a paper check or money order.  It also saves on the expenses of postage as well and expedites the registration review process.  Of course, Spencer PRIDE Inc. continues to accept both checks and money orders for those who are unable or uninterested in using the secure online payment option.For detailed instructions on using the 2011 Online Participation Form please see below.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE ONLINE PARTICIPATION FORM


To use the form, please click on the ‘Sponsors & Vendors’ link in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the website. The ‘2011 Participant Sign-up Information Packet’ is included on that page and should be the first point of reference for anyone interested in becoming a vendor or sponsor.  It details all of the needed information about booth space options and sponsorship levels.

After reviewing the ‘2011 Participant Sign-up Information Packet’, you can then begin using the form.  The form itself is 4 pages long, but only certain pages apply depending upon your selection of Sponsor, Vendor, or both.  The average time for completion of the form is approximately 15 minutes, assuming that you have already read the ‘2011 Participant Sign-up Information Packet’.

Once you have completed the form, head over to the side bar on the left hand side of the website where you will see the ‘donate’ icon for PayPal.  You can pay your booth registration fees or sponsorship donation securely through this link. Be sure to include in the notes/comments field of your payment which organization you are making the payment on behalf of.  If you prefer to mail in your payment via check or money order made out to ‘Spencer PRIDE Inc.’, you can send it to Spencer PRIDE Inc., P.O. Box 585, Spencer, IN 47460.
