Spencer Pride

Events

We are doing many things in our community to achieve our mission of “making Indiana a more welcoming place for ALL people.”  Where can you get more information about those events & activities?  Right here!

  • The Spencer Pride Festival is an admission-free rural LGBTQ+ pride festival that takes place on the courthouse square in downtown Spencer, Indiana.   The Spencer Pride Festival is the largest rural LGBTQ+ pride event in Indiana.  Spencer is the smallest town with such a large LGBTQ+ pride event in the Midwest!  The Spencer Pride Festival takes place on the first Saturday in June each year.  The Spencer Pride Festival is known for its family-focused & inclusive atmosphere, all in a small town setting.   For information about the Spencer Pride Festival, visit our dedicated web page & our Facebook event page
  • If you are interested in attending one of our meetings (to get to know us & help us plan our events), please visit our Facebook page where you can see all of our volunteer meetings listed under “Events.”
  • There are countless volunteer opportunities as well.  These are managed through our Volunteer Coordinator Judi Epp.  She can be reached at Judi@SpencerPride.org.  Opportunities include staffing our commUnity center, supporting our events through setup & cleanup, volunteering at our events, or helping us do the hundreds of things that need to be done to get our work accomplished.  Reach out to Judi for more information about how YOU can get involved.
