If you are providing information about program participation, please list ALL programs that you are interested in (not just ones you may have recently started doing). The program information that you enter in this form will replace anything already in our record for you.

By submitting this form and providing this information you consent to be contacted by Spencer Pride occasionally with program updates or major news.  This will occur no more than 10x per year, likely less. Note that if you are already a volunteer or other supporter, you will still receive communications as you have in the past, plus very rare program-specific communications.
