SPENCER, IN – Spencer Pride, Indiana’s most vibrant rural LGBTQ+ celebration, is thrilled to host its annual Spencer Pride Festival on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 12 PM to 7 PM in downtown Spencer. This year’s festival promises to be the most dynamic yet, with a full day of live entertainment, interactive events, and community connection.
A Festival for All
Spencer Pride continues its tradition of being 100% family-focused and free to attend, offering inclusive programming for all ages and abilities. From Drag Queen Storytime to Wonderfest, and even a special presentation on birds, the festival’s lineup reflects its commitment to education, joy, and visibility.
“We are excited to continue offering a full-day of fun for the entire family, with an extra boost of education this year through our Wonderfest and STEM stations, as well as the exciting presentation by international drag sensation and author Kyne Santos,” said Jonathan Balash, Spencer Pride’s president.
“Whether you’ve attended all 18 of our prior festivals or are making this year your first, we welcome you to join us in downtown Spencer for an amazing day celebrating LGBTQ+ people.”
Festivalgoers will enjoy a diverse array of performances throughout the day, including two large drag shows, live musical acts, and a special appearance by Kyne Santos, who will present “The Power of Math,” an exciting math-centric program for all ages. Other performers include Quarryland Men’s Chorus, Bubba Wiggins, and more.
The festival features a large outdoor marketplace that will include 140+ booths showcasing local artisans, nonprofits, and other vendors. Attendees can indulge in a wide variety of festival foods. Responsible alcohol sales will be available for guests 21+, courtesy of Civilian Brewing Corps and partners.
Free parking is available at Boston Scientific with complimentary accessible shuttles operating from 11 AM until 8 PM. Special parking accommodations for people with disabilities are provided near the post office on Washington Street.
One-of-a-kind raffles, 50/50 drawing, and other activities provide ways to support the event, which is 100% admission-free. The celebration continues into the evening with a 21+ After Party, offering a more intimate and spirited close to the day’s festivities.
